The Dealer Portal is central repository for a company to interact with its Dealers. The portal can be accessed through the SAP Enterprise Portal (EP). This portal provides dealers with:
  • Latest product information including products, prices, brochures etc.
  • Product availability information including stock availability and lead times
  • An online, real-time order-entry and order-tracking tool
  • An online, real-time reporting system for orders, deliveries, invoices and account balance
  • And it provides an organization with,
    • An easy interface to disseminate product information to dealers
    • A real-time order-entry system without the need to use its own employees to enter orders
    • A real-time system to post invoices, credit history and account balance of customers (dealers)

Work Flow Genie

Enteg’s Genie Framework is an innovative and modern enterprise solution built to fulfill mobile requirements of Enterprise applications. It extends the reach of enterprise information, transactions and business to Blackberry handsets, improving the response and speeding up business processes. This makes it extremely easy for users to carry out their business activities regardless of where they are. Blackberry genie framework can be made to customer specific requirements .

How it works
  • A request when created at the back end gets downloaded automatically in the user’s mobile application inbox and the display is updated. An alert pops up if the application is not already open.
  • Through the alert, the application validates the user though his/her login ID and password.
    Requests are displayed conveniently as list in the user’s application inbox and await his action (Approval, Rejection, Cancellation etc).
  • The tasks associated with a request is also downloaded dynamically from the back end and is mapped to user interface menu options and push buttons
  • Drill down Menu Option is provided for each request to view additional details on the request.
  • After user performs a task on a request, it is removed from his inbox and it is updated at the back end system.

SAP Vendor Portal

The Vendor Portal provides a single web interface for your suppliers to log-in and view open orders and balances as well as to submit information to you such as electronic invoices, delivery notifications, acknowledgements and more. These communications are sent directly to and from your SAP system thus allowing rapid interaction between you and your vendors.

PoS (Point of Sale) is a front end application which can be used for all the business transaction in a retail store.
